Bunni Couture LLC. will begin processing your order 1-2 business days from the date your order was placed. Orders placed after 1:00 pm Friday PST will begin processing the following Monday. Shipping times are calculated after processing and after the item has shipped.  Once orders are placed they cannot be changed, however, returns can still be made.  Bunni Couture LLC. is not responsible for unforeseen delays, weather delays, or damages by  the US Postal Service or any other mail carrier.  

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items once your item is marked as “delivered”  by postal carrier.  Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer's address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing, stolen or damaged items with the appropriate Postal Carrier.


      • Unless otherwise selected, all domestic orders are shipped USPS. Once processing is complete, shipping time usually takes between  2-4 days, depending on the final destination.
      • While most domestic shipments deliver within 2-4 business days from ordering, please allow up to 6-10 business days for delivery of your item as processing times and shipping times may vary.
      • Shipping address cannot be a P.O. Box or APO/DPO/FPO. All orders subject to verification at anytime.
      • Any packages returned for INCOMPLETE/INCORRECT address can be shipped again at the customer’s expense. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify Bunni Couture LLC. of any problems with delivery.
